Shikshak Bharti, 69000 teacher recruitment process should be completed within a week: CM Yogi Adityanath
UP Chief Minister has announced that UP Teacher Recruitment Process for vacancies of 69000 has to be filled within a week. He has also directed the Basic Education Board to conclude the process within a week. He also assured the state government will soon fill all the vacancies of primary teachers within a week after the completion of Allahabad high court work.
Shikshak Bharti [2020], Uttar Pradesh State Government has taken a fast step towards the Teacher Recruitment Process and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister has given clear orders to fill all the 69000 vacant seats of primary teachers within a week as soon as a judgement from the Allahabad court is out. On May 6, the Allahabad court has given orders to recruit 690000 primary teachers in the state schools. This is such a great opportunity for a wider number of candidates to get a government job, congratulated by the Chief Minister.

As per the PTI report, the division bench has in fact set aside the single bench order that had quashed the government order of fixed criteria of 65 percent qualifying marks for general category candidates and 60 percent for reserved category candidates for appointment as a basic teacher. The single bench had said that the minimum cut off marks would be 45 percent for general and 40 percent for reserved candidates.
The court also ordered that the recruitment process to be completed within 6 months without any delay because it was already stayed at court for about one and a half years long. The decision of Allahabad High Court seems like a bright hope for those candidates who wanted to become a government primary teacher.
Initially, a process of written exam of Teacher Recruitment Process for 69000 posts was conducted on 6 January 2019. The Recruitment board is all set to release the results in the commencing week.

On July 25, 2017, The supreme issued an order and asked the Uttar Pradesh state government to cancel the recruitment of 1,37,517 teachers on the post of TET Assistant Teachers and said to give them an opportunity of the benefits of two recruitment process on behalf of their experiences.
After six months, on 17 January 2018, the state government issued the order for the written examination for the post of Assistant teacher to recruit first time 68500 teachers.
In the another written examination that was held on 27 may in which about 72000 Shiksha Mitras qualified and they all got an opportunity to get recruited in the assistant teacher post of 68500 seats.
Another exam was conducted on 6 January 2019, for 69000 teacher recruitment but there arose a dispute regarding the cut off marks and the regulatory authority of examination could not able to release the final answer key in 11 months.
From all this way, two opportunities that were a part of the benefits were get lost by the Shiksha Mitras, but only about 7000 Siksha Mitras could get the job for primary teachers.
Selection criteria for 69000 teacher vacancy
10 Percent marks are taken from the 10th board, 12th boards, diploma, or degree in teaching ( like B.Ed, BTC, D.LEd).
The written test gives the 60 percent marks for the merit list.

An official order from the high court has released to the government which has to follow by the Uttar Pradesh State Government around the orders only and it will soon be implemented in the state. It will results in the declaration of results within two or three days, even as soon as the legal procedure accomplished by the state government. The answer sheet will also be released before the results. So that the candidate can check the answer sheets.
