Rishi Kapoor died at 67, the consecutive biggest shock to the Bollywood industry

The film industry has received another major setback for the second consecutive day. The grief of Irrfan Khan‘s departure on Wednesday was not over yet that on Thursday, another veteran said goodbye. Rishi Kapoor breathed his last at Mumbai hospital on Thursday Rishi Kapoor was diagnosed with cancer in the year 2018.

After this, he returned to India in September last year after undergoing treatment for cancer in America. He was accompanied by his wife and actress Neetu Singh while undergoing treatment in New York. He was also hospitalized twice in February due to deteriorating health. Rishi Kapoor was last seen in the web series The Body on Netflix. He had also shot for a film in Delhi earlier this year.

Illness and death of Rishi Kapoor

Rishi Kapoor was diagnosed with bone marrow cancer in 2018 and went to New York City for treatment. After a successful treatment for over a year, Kapoor returned to India on 26 September 2019. Kapoor was admitted to Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital in Mumbai on 29 April 2020 after he complained of having difficulty in breathing.
